These are integration guardrails for the preview. Final publisher identity, governing law, support, and commercial terms must be completed before paid launch.
Research signals, not definitive status
Events summarize available evidence and may be incomplete, delayed, superseded, or retracted. Regulatory records do not prove that a business is publicly open or closed. Users and agents must inspect evidence, confidence, and coverage before acting.
Permitted use
Use the service for lawful research and analysis. Do not use it to harass individuals, evade source terms, reconstruct intentionally excluded personal contact data, or make high-impact decisions without independent verification.
Availability and billing
Preview availability is not guaranteed. Proposed per-call prices do not take effect until payment support is explicitly enabled. Paid calls, refunds, service levels, and liability limits will be governed by the final commercial terms.
